Ages 6-13, 8 AM – 4:30 PM daily for 5 days
Pick 1, 2, or 3 weeks.

- Week 3: Aug. 10-14, 2026

A TYPICAL DAY:
8:00-8:30 Check in & play Twister, the Luke Skywalker game
8:30-9:30 Karate and fitness drills (outdoor relays, weather permitting)
9:30-9:45 Break
9:45-10:15 Special Arts and craft like Tie-Dye
10:15-11:00 Character Games (brief sports-related lesosns on wellness, sportsmanship, why rules exist, what’s your superpower, being happy for others, speaking up)
11:15 – 11:45 Games Galore
11:45 – 1:15 Eat the lunch you brought with a movie
1:15-2:00 Karate class
2:00-2:15 Break
2:15-4:00 Hike at Umstead, Create a game, Field Trip, or Swimming
4:00-4:30 Last snacks, clean up, prepare for pick-up
